LOFL · the knowledge-garden prism

Seven days from your own bookmarks. One card each morning, ~15 minutes, offline. Learning · Skill · Culture · Green.

How to run it: draw one card, do it in ~15 minutes with what's at home. Each card works as-is — the default lens is there so you never need to be inspired to start. Bring your own lens / track / material when you have one; that's the upgrade, not the toll. Leave a trace (the made thing + one line in the log). Solo, the witness is you — or send one photo to one person to make it count louder. Rewrite any card the night before.
◆ Learning · Day 1
Walk one room you know by heart. Name the single pattern that makes it feel alive — a window seat, a low shelf, the 5pm light — in 5 lines. Circle the one you couldn't live without.
Lensviveka — discernment. or your own
Vibeone instrumental track, so the room can speak
Handspen + the back of an envelope
Tracethe 5 lines + the circled pattern → log it

▲ Skill · Day 2
Build a tiny vault: take one messy drawer or shelf and give it a system you can explain in a single sentence. 15 minutes, only what's already there.
Lenskauśala — skillful craft. or your own
Vibesomething steady, hands-on
Handsone drawer, shelf, or box
Tracea photo before/after + your one-sentence system

● Culture · Day 3
Start a node of two. Ask one person to sit with you for 15 minutes — each making or studying your own thing, side by side, no agenda. Company, not collaboration.
Lenssaṅgha — the circle. or your own
Vibelow and shared — or silence
Handswhatever each of you is already working on
Tracewho sat with you + one line on how it felt to work beside someone

✦ Green · Day 4
Tend one living thing for 15 minutes — a plant, a windowsill herb, a kitchen scrap set to regrow. A garden is just notes that breathe.
Lensṛta — natural rhythm. or your own
Vibea window open, birds if you have them
Handssoil, water, a jar — or a scrap (spring onion, ginger, coriander root)
Tracea photo of what you tended + what it was headed to be (trash? forgotten?)

◆ Learning · Day 5
Pick one thing you've nodded along to without really getting. Find the plain answer — from a person or a book, not a search bar. Write the version a 10-year-old would understand.
Lensjijñāsā — the desire to know. or your own
Vibequiet, or nothing
Handsa notebook
Tracethe plain-language explanation + who or what you asked

▲ Skill · Day 6
Tonight, write tomorrow's one task on paper by hand. Tomorrow, do it from the paper — screen closed. Let the hand, not the feed, set the day.
Lensabhyāsa — repetition as practice. or your own
Vibea steady, quiet track
Handsone index card or scrap + a pen
Tracethe card + did you do it before opening a screen? y/n

✦ Close · Day 7
Look back at your six traces. Make one small thing from the week's scraps — a folded card, a drawing — that holds it. Then answer one line: which suit do you want to keep drawing, and why?
Lenssantosha — contentment with what was made. or your own
Vibea track that feels like a close
Handsyour scraps from the six days
Tracethe keepsake + the one line (this is your pretotype read)
