What we believe, what we're building

Founded by Mrunmai. Works at the intersection of Indic philosophy and systems thinking — building physical kits, digital tools, and frameworks for learning, attention, and AI literacy.

A working note, not a tagline: the test for what counts as "in" right now is simple — does it move a real object to a named person by a named date. Everything else is real work, just not yet on the clock.

What LOFL believes

Ship before strategize
The test for what's "in": does it move a real object to a named person by a named date. Everything else is theory until it passes that test.
Cognitive capacity is a commons
From LOFL's own position paper: platforms that systematically deplete decision-making capacity without accountability cause a form of public harm. Restoration infrastructure is a precondition for the rest of the work, not a luxury.
The human presses the mark; the machine stays out
AI can assist. It never autofills the human's own act of meaning-making.
No score, no winner
Learning tools are built without gamified ranking.
Minimal human-facing surface over rich backend
Complexity is allowed in the architecture. Never in what the person has to hold.
Open by default
CC BY-SA 4.0 commons path, open-access deposit plans, no vendor lock where avoidable.

the one thing on the clock
The Living Learning Kit

A portable, place-based learning loop for ages 10–16: pick a subject card, draw a colour-lens card, take a skill card, go outside, complete a quest, document it, earn a badge. The kit itself is built and print-ready — cards, field notebook, facilitator run-sheet, fully editable. What's left is getting it into ten real hands.

Ten buyers, by name — real teachers, schools, facilitators
Price set
Pay-and-receive path decided
Kit #1 shipped, with a date
First-ten log started
Clock hasn't started yet — none of the above filled in

Becoming real

live commitments — external parties or dates
LOFL incorporation
Filing via SPICe+ as an OPC. In motion with the agents — name approval and trademark class clearance still open.
Tambat Ali visit
An artisan documentation pilot with coppersmiths, under the Hastakāra frame — RAM-XR, Insta360 X5. Scoped; one visit away from started.

In development

real work, parked until the kit ships — wake conditions, never dates
Aikā
A phygital learning-philosophy card instrument — VIBGYOR spine, avasthā depth axis, guṇas. forthepeople.in is its pilot partner.
After the Bell
A continuity layer for school communities after graduation — stories, support, ritual. Parked unless it gets a live timeline.
"AI for All" architecture
Nāgarika (on Beckn 2.0), Sahakāra (a Scope-3 AI-inference / BRSR-aligned standard), Vivekī, and Hastakāra as a program-design frame.
Card suite
Kernel, Refuse, Kala cards, QRVed — design-stage components, not the shipping kit.
Conscious-Merchant Standard
Plus the Trinaksha worked example.
Annad / Gheebon
A food brand, currently at the trademark-research stage.
ForThePeople.in
A civic platform — also serves as Aikā's pilot partner.
Digital garden
garden.lofl.world — Quartz / IPFS / Fleek.
The witness deck
AI Usage Card family — शब्दयात्रा (Shabdayātrā) and a Tier-0 commons gallery. CC BY-SA 4.0, no backend.
AI video / short-form
"Her Hands, My Hands" and related concepts.

What LOFL needs right now

⚑ The actual current ask
Ten named buyers
Real teachers, schools, or facilitators ready to take the Living Learning Kit. This is the one thing that starts the clock.
Active
Artisan & pilot partners
Tambat Ali coppersmiths via Hastakāra. forthepeople.in as the working pilot model for Aikā.
Later
Architecture collaborators
For Nāgarika, Sahakāra, Vivekī — a real conversation, just not the current ask.
